SeenNow respects user privacy and is committed to responsible and minimal data handling. The application does not access, read, store, or process personal communications, message content, call logs, media files, or contact lists.

SeenNow only displays voluntary status updates such as “Asleep” or “Awake,” which are manually shared between a parent and child for parental awareness purposes. No content-based monitoring, behavioral tracking, or background surveillance is performed.

Advertising & Analytics
SeenNow does not display advertisements inside the application. The app may use third-party services such as Meta (Facebook) solely for advertising attribution and campaign performance measurement.

Advertising Attribution & ATT
Tracking for advertising attribution is performed only with the user’s explicit consent through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If the user declines tracking permission, no advertising tracking or attribution data is collected.

Children’s Privacy
SeenNow does not collect, use, or share child-related data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing purposes. Advertising partners do not receive access to status updates, child information, parent-child connections, or any sensitive data. Targeted or personalized advertising directed at children is strictly prohibited.

Data Sharing
SeenNow does not sell or rent personal data. Any data shared with third-party partners is strictly limited to what is necessary for basic app functionality and permitted advertising attribution.

User Consent & Control
Users can manage tracking permissions and ad preferences at any time through their device settings. By using the app, users acknowledge and consent to the limited data usage described in this policy.

All account connections are initiated manually by the user. SeenNow does not perform interception, unauthorized access, or background monitoring of any kind.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have parental or legal authority over the child they connect with. SeenNow does not verify family relationships and assumes no responsibility for improper or unauthorized use.

SeenNow is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party platforms, messaging services, or social networks.

6. Limitation of Liability
SeenNow is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. The developers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Modifications
SeenNow reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the application at any time to improve functionality or comply with legal requirements.
